Inspired by her grandfather, Mona Schrader discovered her love for gastronomy at an early age. However, her true love is for wine. Her passion for wine stems from its combination of history, science, and the sheer number of different varieties. Her mission is to perfect Jante´s culinary experience with hand-selected wines.
